WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the handmade nature of Marfa Medicinals products, we are not able to accept return or offer refunds/exchanges.  All sales are final. If you would like recommendations on how to incorporate a specific product into your skincare routine, please reach out to info@marfamedicinals.com. We would be more than happy to guide you!

Marfa Medicinals will refund or replace damaged or defective items. Please send a detailed note to info@marfamedicinals.com within five days of receipt of shipment. Issues reported after five days of delivery will not be refunded or replaced.

** please not that oils may harden in the cold and salves/balms may liquify in the heat during shipment transit. This is not considered a defect. Directions for how to return products to their normal state are included in each package for your convenience.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We will always ship using the most economical option, be that USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Most orders will arrive First Class via USPS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FILL MY ORDER?

e are usually able to ship orders within 1-3 business days.

WHAT IS THE XPECTED HELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

We say that our products are valid one year from the batch date that appears on each product box (make that six months from opening for the lip balms), but truly you can use them for as long as they still smell right - which may be longer the 12 months. Conversely, if you expose your products to direct heat and sunlight, carelessly dip dirty or wet fingers into them, they may last for a shorter term than 12 months. Marfa Medicinals does not use any preservatives other than non-GMO Vitamin E, Rosemary Antioxidant, and essential oils.

ARE YOUR PRODUCT OR NGREDIENTS TESTED ON ANIMAL?

Never! We are a completely cruelty-free company. We test on ourself, our friends, and our family.

WHAT TYPE OF PACKING MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

All of products our packages in amber glass except for our lip balms, which are packaged in aluminum tins.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

he body oil and facial serums are. However, the Desert Salve, Radiance Balm, and Lip Balm are made with beeswax.

CAN I SEND BACK MY BOTTLE FOR REFILL?

Yes! We already have a program in place that allows Marfa dwellers to bring their bottles back for refill. MM then removes the cost of packaging from the product total, which is great for you, and we avoid creating waste/needing to consume more packaging materials, which great for us. If you do not live in Marfa but wish to send your bottle in for refill, please reach out to us through info@marfamedicinals.com or through our contact form. We will no be able to cover the cost of your bottle’s shipment to us, but we will cover the shipping back to you. Please note that refilled products may have a shorter shelf life than new ones, depending on how you have handled the original packaging when it was in your home. The products we send out to you will always be fresh, but if you have introduced water or microbes into the packaging, this may shorten the lifespan of your second product.
